Forging Ball

Forged steel ball: it is forged with air hammer after cutting round steel. The wear resistance of forged steel ball has a great relationship with the material, impurities or quality of round steel used.
The main materials of forged steel balls: 45 # steel, and more than 50Mn and 60Mn or 65Mn. At present, 75mncr material is comparable to high chromium ball in terms of wear resistance. Advantages of forged steel ball: the crushing rate is less than 1%, good wear resistance, low price and high cost performance.
