1915 meters! "The deepest mine in Asia" officially began to dig
The reporter learned from Shandong gold that recently, the auxiliary shaft of Shandong gold Sanshan Island, the "deepest mine in Asia", officially began to be dug in Laizhou City, Shandong Province.
It is understood that Sanshandao auxiliary shaft is located in the world-class gold resources and gold mining and processing base. It is a key project for the production and continuation of Sanshandao Gold Mine, an international first-class demonstration mine built by Shandong gold. The well is 1915 meters deep and 10.5 meters in diameter. The total construction period is expected to be 1139 days. After the completion of the project, the whole trackless truck can be lowered to the working face below kilometers underground, greatly improving the transportation efficiency of underground mines, ensuring that personnel and vehicles can reach the working face safely in a short time, shortening the ventilation line, effectively improving the working environment of deep working faces below kilometers, improving the intrinsic safety level of deep mining, and providing support for the efficient utilization of deep gold resources.
Adhering to the construction concept of organic integration of industry, University and research, the project studies the mechanical mechanism of ground pressure disasters induced by deep shaft construction, forms the criteria of disaster causing displacement of ultra deep shaft, studies and judges the damage form and depth of surrounding rock of ultra deep shaft, and provides a basis for comprehensive detection of groundwater in ultra deep shaft, grouting and water plugging, shaft cooling The research and application of key technologies such as shaft support and research and development of ultra deep shaft rapid excavation provide support, and lay the foundation for the formation of core technology of deep shaft construction with independent intellectual property rights and the formulation of technical standards and specifications for deep shaft construction in China.
