Canada is betting on key minerals

Canada said in a statement that its commitment to developing key minerals would provide up to $100million to help reduce emissions from BHP Billiton's large Jason mine in Saskatchewan. The mine will be put into operation in 2027, aiming to reduce emissions from mining operations by 50%. Canada is also committed to building an end-to-end supply chain from mining to manufacturing and recycling.
