Rio Tinto Western Australia kudaideli iron ore project delivered ore for the first time

Rio Tinto, the global iron ore giant, said that its Gudai darri iron ore project in Pilbara, Western Australia, delivered the first batch of ore, which is Rio Tinto's first Greenfield mine put into operation in the region in more than a decade. The mine is expected to reach full capacity next year (2023), with an annual capacity of 43 million tons, which will support the production of Rio Tinto's flagship iron ore product Pilbara blend.
